#13449 included an incidental "Bug Fix" to WP_Screen::is_block_editor not working in identifying Gutenberg as the block editor. Might be worth highlighting since it's been a request for plugin authors to be able to identify whether the current screen is the block editor (previously worked fine for WP5.0 but not with the Gutenberg plugin).
