- We don't need a comma after "fork". The Oxford comma after "behavior" isn't strictly necessary, but I think it looks nice. (both ways are correct!)
- Removed "Join" from before "Discord". We aren't prefacing anything else; why preface this?
- Fixed all details to be much more grammatically correct.
Fix grammatical errors and remove "Join" before "Discord"
