Updated the Tested plugin to get videos off of youtube and to use the Justin TV API to detect live streams.
Added in some new thumbnails for the categories (so its not the old tested logo), updated the app icon to relfect the new Tested Logo, and updated the wall paper to be the new tested design. (Makerbot and Wallpaper done by Conmused)
some small fixes to the background image (thanks rallier)

Updated the Tested App to work now that everything has been moved to Youtube and the API is gone.
The app is still able to show live shows (now using the Justin TV API instead of the old Chat API).
Also added and updated several art assets. Each category has its own special thumbnail (The Makerbot thumbnail was made by Conmused), and the app icon and background have been updated to reflect the new Tested design (background also done by Conmused and edited a bit by Rallier).
