Fix some of the extraneous outputs of line minimization. Also added an option to line minimization to turn off the line minimization and just do classic SR. This actually seems to perform a bit better sometimes!
Also WARNING: I have updated the branching algorithm in DMC. Expectations values should not change but be careful.
