This still attempts to make a comparison between things that are not comparable.
Cookies are provided so that a site can recognize the same client across visits to that same site by the same client. Privacy Pass allows one site to pass information to another site, in defiance of an explicit desire to maintain contextual integrity.
Stop comparing PST tokens to cookies. Update some other sections to improve the text.
