- started to convert to the brace-on-same-line style - removed extra whitespace on lines - converted AutoReloader.java to tabs indent style

I renamed the package so that it doesn't conflict with the sealed com.bukkit namespace, changed all checks for empty ItemStacks to checks for nulls, and reenabled the dispenser code.
