Adds comprehensive analysis and a strategic plan for integrating PyTorch support. The recommendation is to create a new, dedicated pytorch-data-processor package, rather than extending the existing KDP, due to significant benefits in performance, maintainability, and user experience. Includes a decision matrix, migration guide, and implementation roadmap.
