More accurate outlines of Campus Map

Description

More accurately defines the outline of the map on campus, including some areas that are secluded from the main areas on Campus.

Fixes gaskij#89 : gaskij#89

Solution

I gathered coordinates to create new polygons of areas on campus and modified map.js to reflect these new coordinates.

Running the application with these changes will show the new campus boundaries correctly.
