This pull request updates documentation references across multiple files to point to a new patch notes archive, and introduces the archive itself. The changes improve consistency and make it easier for users to find patch history and updates. Additionally, new patch note files are added, including a login service patch and early server patch histories.

Documentation reference updates:

• Updated all references to patch notes in custom system and game mechanic documentation files (such as achievements.md, archaeology.md, capture-the-flag.md, codex-rifts.md, conquest-of-virtues.md, gardening.md, pirate-adventures.md, spirit-summoner.md, currencies.md, pvp/index.md, index.md, and whats-different.md) to point to ../patches/index.md instead of the old ../patchnotes.md location. Patch notes archive addition:

• Added a new docs/patches/index.md file that serves as a centralized archive for all patch notes, listing patch versions and release dates in chronological order.

New patch note files:

• Added new patch note files for login service and early server patches, including login-patch-1.2.md (beta participant name reservations) and patch-0.1-0.3.md (initial server changes). [1] [2]
