Documented PDFtron customisation in Wiseflow_PDFtron.docs

What is the purpose of this pull request?

Merge updates from 10.10 into @uniwise/webviewer-ui

Run

git checkout -b PDFTron-10.10 10.0-wf
git pull git@github.com:PDFTron/webviewer-ui.git 10.10

And handle merge conflicts. Then run:

git checkout 10.0-wf
git merge --no-ff PDFTron-10.10
git push origin 10.0-wf
