Add command to tbots.py to run entire test suites

Description of the task

Currently, there is no way to run an entire set of tests using tbots.py, so to make local testing easier, add a command/action to tbots.py that allows running an entire test suite, similar to the ones used in CI.

Acceptance criteria

• Implements new command in tbots.py that runs entire test suite
• Test results are properly logged and saved
• Old functionality of tbots.py is not affected
