This patch fixes an issue where crafts could become stuck in regions if they were unable to switch worlds

Updated release supporting the latest versions of Movecraft on Minecraft 1.20.6 up to at least 1.21.4 and likely beyond.

Also fixes an issue with when height-based world switches are triggered.

This plugin is intended as an example for developers to create more case-specific plugins, it can be used as-is for some cases but I make no guarantees that it will work perfectly.
A pre-compiled jar is provided here for convenience.
