This is fine. I can't merge it though since this fork/branch needs a rebase.
Another approach (on Mac or Linux) is to us sshfs to remote mount the pi-Stomp file system. I use this:
sshfs pistomp@pistomp.local:/home/pistomp ~/pistomp -o defer_permissions -o volname=Server
Then I can just point my IDE to ~/pistomp, and saved edits go live without need for copy.
