CLI Token Analyzer with CA scanning and agent signals

This PR introduces a CLI-based token analyzer built for Intercom.

Features:

• Contract Address (CA) token analysis via DexScreener
• Realtime price monitoring using CoinGecko
• Trading signal generation (EMA / RSI)
• Clean centered terminal UI with mini chart

Runs fully in terminal (no GUI) and uses public APIs only.
