This updates the TR1X and TR2X presets to TRX 1.0.3.

This updates the TR1X and TR2X presets to TRX 1.0.3.
Project auto-update ability resets with TRX, given the change in exe name and the fact versioning has restarted at 1.0.
Tested with legacy TR1X and TR2X projects, which correctly show as being outdated.
