This PR is a POC for integrating tvm-ffi to simplify project redistribution.
The initial implementation was drafted with assistance from Copilot and then manually verified to ensure basic functionality.
The purpose is to validate this approach. If the direction is approved, I am ready to add full test coverage and any other necessary work to get it merged. Feedback on the overall strategy is welcome.
