PyInstaller needs to be installed. Exe is found in packaging/windows/build/exam_generator. Relates to #18

In order build a Windows executable PyInstaller needs to be installed.
Execute
python build_windows_exe.pyin the packaging/windows directory to build the executable.Exe is found in packaging/windows/build/exam_generator.
