NOTE: I'll probably want to refactor things like

But other than those cosmetic changes, I think this is the overall
structure we'll want.
We'll definitely want to cache the project access somehow, since otherwise we'll have to read from disk on every request (for the same information).
We don't want to be prompting the user with a GUI interface at this abstraction level :^)
