  • Fixes some issues with the docs build and asciidoc.
  • Builds and installs manpages: trigger-listen(1), trigger-pull(1), trigger-wait(1)
  • Bumps version to 0.68.

Builds will be made available in the ~alangrow launchpad PPA.

dash '.' is broken, prefix build_it_cmds with './' to make build work…
