Update Repository for 2024-2025 Season

Updating the current repository to shift from having multiple projects to just having a single, primary project with multiple branches.

Changes

  • A lot
  • Most notably, the change of reducing the WPILib project count to just 1 for this repository. This includes wiping all current projects and starting anew for the current 2024-2025 code and documentation.

Additional Notes

This is a pretty big change and there's still some updates that need to be completed for things like branch layout, issue templates and such that I will link here for when they get created with discussions or issues

Guess VSCode still didn't use my gpg key... I'll figure it out some other time, I'll just commit through the terminal fully instead.

But in other news, this is now a command-based project. Created without the advanced skeleton to allow for a better understanding of how it works before just going all in with it blind.

I'll start working on fixing up the linting errors then go-ahead and start making a framework. Though I want to talk with the other programmers who will be working on this as well about how we should divide up this project and start learning how to write in command-based rather than time-based.
