An animal adoption website useopendoor.com built by high schoolers from Hong Kong, with aesthetic UI/UX and a social media approach where you could only view one profile at a time. Our database which stores the animal profiles are layered public data from Hong Kong Animal Adoption Database which has animals from major animal shelters.

Animal adoption rates is very low in Hong Kong and there's a couple reasons for that, like low public awareness, inefficient animal shelters and insufficient support from the Government.
We believe that a modern approach with a different way to thinking would be able to increase the adoption rates in Hong Kong, which is by building software and doing sales.
