changed a lot of "printf" to ESP_LOGx, to remove unneeded logging in serial output
-> this needs overhaul, since it destroyed some nice formated debug info, but for real use it is better
added Sunton ESP32 2432S028 board, case and how to modify this one for PSRAM
works at least with ESP IDF 5.2.1
