Make the item active on click and make the container scrollable if there is no enough space.
Add the availability to copy code and change the theme.
Update the `README.md` due to the Hugo migration
Also add the possibility to build or run the project.
Configure `gradle` to check code samples

This PR brings the documentation implementation in Hugo.
docsdirectory has been configured as a Hugo Module and will be used in the mainSpineEventEngine/SpineEventEngine.github.iorepository.sitedirectory allows to build and run the documentation pages locally. Please see theREADME.md.gradleconfigurations to be able to build and check code samples.
