This PR applies latest Validation Runtime and Compiler thus avoiding deprecations in the generated code. The code generation of JavaScript by
protocwas removed because it does not work out of the box in recent Protobuf versions.Other local dependencies were bumped too.
Other notable changes
modulewas introduced instead of using thesubprojectsblock.
