Forgot to add this other file, which is needed by both the stored procedure and the .net solution. The file path was c:/temp.

At first I forked the branch, as requested in the "Fine Print." I asked the recruiter if he'd heard anything and he suggested, because he did not see my code in the "pull requests," that I try again. This is the 2nd attempt.
