My python solution to the MorseCode test

Submitting the following files for review:

1. MorseCode.py - contains python class that translates morse code into normal text. When run as a python script will execute some tests to verify code is correct.
2. traslatefile.py - python program that takes the name of a file containing morse code to translate
3. inputfile.txt - input file that I used to test the program
