This is a R package that visulises dataset or models using d3 javascript library.

Currently, the following d3 plots have been implemented, and more to add in:

• Circle pack nested plot (circleD3 function). The original idea is from http://bl.ocks.org/billdwhite/7207695
• Parsets plot (parsetsD3 function). The original idea is from https://www.jasondavies.com/parallel-sets/

This package is based on htmlwidgets package, hence can be used in Shiny app.

It utilises d3-tip javascript library for tooltip.
