Added a functional installer and included the ImageSnap program, thus this should be operational now. |

And updated the Readme to reflect the two ways to install the code. |
No longer uses praudit.
Includes a link to the Package installer.
Replaced two regex calls with substr for 1.3x performance increase. (decreased CPU time)

This is my initial update, from my earlier work on the code from Jonathan. Included was my original Snow Leopard code changes that I gave back to him, but was never imported.
