Here with another PR.
I added a few things to Scalert which are of use to me.
When an event's depth is shallower than 1 KM, the depth will be converted to meters and reported as Meters in the scalert alert output.
When depth is below 1 KM the depth will be reported as usual.
I also added rounding to depth values to 2 decimal places.
Hope this could be of use.
