There was some 'tiny typo' - alowing to premine 6M coins (is about 37% of all actual coins) to team wallet. This nice pull request fixes that sad mistake. :-D Please, approve.

LGTM, though some naming conventions are a little misleading, i.e. "consensus", because I doubt there was a general agreement or even talk about these values |
