Fix transcoder error on Windows

Hi, I've compiled binaries from your fork for windows and tried to use them. Plex Custom Audio Mapper.exe works now as supposed, it successfully maps .mka files to the appropriate media items. But I sill have issues with the transcoder. The log is unfortunately not helpful, I see only something like this
