MG5 needs a Fortran compiler to work correctly. We add a check that makes sure that a Fortran compiler is present and if not we raise an exception.

Fixes to issues I encountered while trying to run bake.py for first time.
There are more fixes to come, as I still haven't run bake.py successfully to the end. :)
