currently, the relics website uses a json for config in
genNews.py, namedprivars.json. using a dotenv is faster and more convenient for things as simple as this :-)there is also no example json, so (in the rare case someone would like to self-host or fork) it may be hard to create without inspecting the code and understanding python. i've included an example
.envfile in case anyone is unsure how to use it (remove.examplefrom the end to use it)
