v2.16: Hide KeePass built-in password profiles

KeePass provides several built-in password profiles that will generate hex keys with 10, 32 or 64 characters length or random MAC addresses.
This version of PasswordChangeAssistant will hide those profiles by default.

If you use one of those profiles, you can reactivate them in the plugin's options.

v2.15.1: Bugfix: Delay URL dereferencing

If the URL contains placeholders, those placeholders where dereferenced when the password change dialog was shown.
This now happens only if the URL is actually opened.

v2.15: Add option to delay Auto-Type in Password Change form

On some *nix systems, KeePass won't fall to background properly
after clicking one of the Auto-Type buttons in the Password Change form.
To compensate that, it's possible to add an initial delay before starting the Auto-Type.
This allows to manually switch to the target window and place the cursor in the proper field.
