Still need to update winit to 0.30, but that needs a refactor of the event loop.
The need for it was removed a while ago.
Need to `update_all` before comparing `GameBoy` structs.

My goal was to update
winit, but that needs a lot of work, across multiple crates. But updating other dependencies and fixing CI is already good progress.
