InfluencersSentimentsTweeterPolarityScatterPlot.png file is outputted to DataDash/Output directory by MainIB.ipynb working version 4.0, that have all the previous (Supriya's) functionality in place , and adds new logic and code in ln[21]-ln[28], with IB comments
