Adding 3 new player tracking pipeline functions

I have updated my work with 3 new tracking functions:

1. baseline_pipeline.py for simple baseline code created with yolov8 + DeepSort
2. Yolov11_YoloTracking_ocr.py advance tracking pipeline with yolov11 + BortSort + OCR
3. final_code model with demo.py and tracking.py: Final pipeline for tracking module with yolov11 + ByteTrack. The code was optimized for running time
