This is actually a desired outcome. Until we have a proper learning resources center we should show on the widget full list of bookmarked learning resources. If user doesn't have any learning resrouces bookmarked we can send them to settings bundle because this bundle holds learning resources of a couple of other bundles. But if they bookmark anything we should show it on the landing page. Example is: user opens openshift bundle and bookmarks openshift learning resrouce. They later open landing page and see imediately bookmarked learning resource from openshift bundle. |

there's an issue right now where the widget doesn't match the actual learning resources page, because I think the page only includes the "settings" bundle. This will temporarily include just the "settings" bundle.
