Add debug output to help diagnose e2e test failures: - Log HCC_ENV_URL and STAGE_ACTUAL_HOSTNAME environment variables - Display Caddyfile content before starting Caddy This will verify that the run-application sidecar receives the required environment variables and that the Caddyfile is correctly configured.
