Revert "minmize number of inputs "
Sorting the retrieved UTXO, order by amount, ascending to be used for the selection of the smallest set of inputs for the txn under construction.

Minimizing the number of inputs. It sorts the utxo for choosing the maximum number of inputs required for this txn. This way we get rid of tiny ones in the few first transactions.
