Added Korean (KR) region data to api/.nextRelease/data/KR/ following the project guidelines.

Includes:

Korean phone number formats (landline and mobile)
Korean Resident Registration Number (RRN) generation
Korean names (male/female with contemporary and traditional names)
Korean surnames including compound surnames
Korean cities and provinces
Korean street names

All data follows the same structure as existing regions (US folder reference).
