Finalize assessment task

[OA-GH]

• The on boarding screen is the initial screen that will appear it has three items that can be scrolled horizontally. Then it will be replaced when the user clicks signup by the sign up screen
• When the user successfully signs up i.e just enter any valid email/password. They will be directed to Home Screen
• Used React Hook Form to control inputs in signup screen
• Used yup for schema validation
• Used react-native-paper for some UI elements
