I think I've fixed all the issues that resulted in this. Basically this happens if the process is killed at exactly the wrong time. You should be able to restore it by copying the projects.conf.bkup file into projects.conf, but if the backup file is corrupted too (I haven't run into any instances where that's possible, but just in case) you can manually recreate the projects.conf file, just be sure to follow the correct formatting.
yeah I know about that, still working on a fix. For now you can use the command to display the nmap command you need to run based on scope.
I think I've written it in a way that this shouldn't happen but if it does make an issue report including the panic output so I can troubleshoot. I may ask for your configuration file and projects.conf file, but we'll share those over secure channels.
