moves the preview button that is used in pull request template md to a new directory
this will update the bug report md file to a yml file to help future contributors report any bugs without needing to have knowledge of markdown specifically

Documentation Pull Request Template
Summary
This PR modifies the bug report to a YAML file instead of an MD file. The YAML file is used to create a form more easily, since this will help us later on if the game gets in a prototype state when we get actual feedback from non coders too.
