The cape will glitch out at certain height, but hey at least it's good enough for now :]
You can find it under Enhancements -> Cosmetic Editor

With this mod, you can:

  • Choose to have a cape, a scarf or a "hip cape"
  • Change the length
  • Change the shoulders' width
  • Change the side sway intensity
  • Change the force of gravity
