Updated existing API model configurations to their latest versions: - Groq LLM: `llama-3.1-8b-instant` - Ollama LLM: `llama3.1:8b` - Groq Transcription: `whisper-large-v3-turbo` - ElevenLabs TTS: `eleven_flash_v2` - Cartesia TTS: `sonic-2` Added support for new AI providers: - LLM: Anthropic (`claude-3-5-sonnet-latest`) and Google (`gemini-1.5-flash-002`). - Transcription: AssemblyAI. - TTS: Google (via `gTTS`). Refactored Deepgram SDK usage to use dictionary-based options for compatibility. Updated `requirements.txt` with new dependencies. Ensured correct file extension handling for MP3 outputs from Google TTS.
