I performed minor code cleanup by reordering use statements in src/bot.rs and src/main.rs. This improves consistency and readability by grouping related imports at the top of each file.

• I reordered use statements in src/bot.rs, moving log and teloxide::dispatching::UpdateHandler imports to the top.
• I also reordered use statements in src/main.rs for axum components, consolidating them on a single line.
