nixos-24.11 is what PrivateStorageio uses. Command used: `niv modify nixpkgs --branch nixos-24.11`.

This changeset updates all dependencies except of
libchallenge_bypass_ristretto_ffiwhich was turned into a flake and nobody knows how those really work.This should help to build this project faster (i.e. not fail due to timeouts when we deploy https://whetstone.private.storage/privatestorage/PrivateStorageio).
