This pull request updates
orthopolto work with Python 3. Most of the changes could be done automatically with the2to3tool, but I also made some changes by hand. I tested that the demos work and that the unit tests pass, but haven't done a detailed inspection of the full code.I understand if you are not yet ready to move to Python 3, but perhaps this branch will be useful to others in any case.
