Added discord integration (via webhooks)

Once again the server was untouched.
The discord bot is open source here: https://github.com/FerLuisxd/townsquare-discord-bot

Here is the workflow I had in mind:

1. Discord added to server
2. Run command /setup (this creates the category/roles/webhook link)
3. In the UI enable discord integration (this will ask for the webhook URL)
4. When a player is seated it would ask for the discord username if not set before)
5. It should just work!

I still need to polish and remove unnecessary code but leaving this here as a WIP!
Of course, this will be optional and a deeper guide/testing might be needed

TODO:

• Improve UI to match the rest of the website
• Have like a workflow to explain how the discord integration works (I need ideas for this I think?)
• Think of a way to deploy the bot 24/7
• Need more testers!!
